Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) VIP333 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information updated throughout your tenure as a VIP333 account holder. VIP333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the information provided at registration.

KYC Documentation

Before processing any withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, VIP333 may require you to submit one or more of the following verification documents:

Account Security

Deposits

VIP333 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and approved cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of the deposited amount to its origin.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction. • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x) will be stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.

Birthday Bonus

Eligible players will receive a tier-based birthday bonus during their birth month, ranging from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (VIP). The birthday bonus is credited once per calendar year and is subject to verification of the account holder's date of birth and completion of KYC. The birthday bonus carries a standard wagering requirement as specified in the birthday bonus promotion terms.

Refer a Friend

Players may earn MYR 38 per successful referral. A successful referral requires the referred individual to register a new account using the referrer's unique code, complete KYC, and meet the minimum deposit and wagering threshold as specified in the Refer a Friend promotion terms. Both parties must maintain accounts in good standing at the time of reward crediting.

VIP333 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to football (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, World Cup qualifiers), UFC and MMA, basketball, badminton, and other international sporting events, as well as casino game categories including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, video slots, fishing games, and crash-style instant games.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. VIP333 reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds before bet confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. VIP333 does not guarantee continuous live betting availability for all markets.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market, which are available within the platform's sports rules section.
• VIP333 reserves the right to void bets where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or exploitation of pricing errors.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for slot and instant games, and live-streamed human dealers for live casino tables.
• In the event of a game disconnection during an active session, the game result will be determined by the server state at the time of disconnection. VIP333 is not liable for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• VIP333 reserves the right to void game results where a technical malfunction demonstrably affected game integrity. In such cases, the affected bet amount will be returned to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the VIP333 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false identity, age, or address information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.

• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors without reporting them to VIP333 support immediately upon discovery.

• Sharing login credentials with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party for any purpose.

All content on the VIP333 platform — including but not limited to the VIP333 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and underlying code — is the property of VIP333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the VIP333 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of VIP333.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VIP333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.
